This is not just a place for a living – this is a piece of art! Created by famous Czech architect Jan Nedved (studio Nedved Architekti), this apartment has instantly got/earned attention from the leading Czech designs and home interior magazines. Here is what some of them wrote:

Pěkné bydlení
"What makes this apartment unique is not just an interesting arrangement of the rooms, but also materials used in the interior – iron, stone, glass and wood."
"A concept of the interior is in its entirety – from the common space to the very last detail of the project. Architects were able to optically simulate the space by utilizing uncommon materials. The individual functional areas are clearly connected and organized with the deliberate composition."
"Harmony. Architect Jan Nedved himself called his work an exciting decorating and created a powerful blend of colors, shapes, and forms. The result of his efforts destroys the myth that modern can not be cosy."
Living room
The living room is divided into 4 areas: lounge area with big sofas and a plasma screen, reading corner with a library, kitchen and a dining room. After all, the living room is designed in such way that there is a sense of unity and undivided composition. That's a real beauty of it.
A magic of the light
The living room is south - west oriented. The one can also enjoy an incredible and breath-taking view of Prague through the main window from the terrace's side in the evenings. Thanks to the systems of internal illumination the apartment turns into a true work of art. To compare day and night lighting, please use a movable separator below.
The kitchen perfectly combines materials such as stone, iron, glass and wood. Kitchen corner is made from the burnt granite. It contains built-in wine cellar, exhaust hood, and even TV with electric drive. Gaggenau kitchen equipment will help with bringing any culinary fantasy to life.
There are three bedrooms in the apartment. The main one, with a terrace and a French window, is facing the Royal Vineyard area. It has a built-in working space. Then there is a kids' bedroom, which also has access to the terrace. The last, but not least come the guest bedroom, which can also be used as an office.
The terrace
Terrace harmoniously grows into the living room. Sun loungers and tailor-made plants pots from stainless steel at the terrace are perfectly complemented by a lovely view of the Nusle valley and Havlicek Gardens. The special shelters will hide you from the sunlight in the hot day, while the infrared heaters will allow you to enjoy it outside in the cold time of the years.

Wellness and spa.
The apartment has a shower, WC, as well as a special relaxation area with sauna, made entirely from abash, steam sauna and bath
Hallway and wardrobe
The hallway opens a great prospect through the entire flat towards the terrace. Built-in closets, as well as a separate dressing room, will help to accommodate all the necessary things
Special loudspeakers built into the walls allow controlling the volume individually for each room, including the bath and spa. Another pleasant feature is dimmer lighting control, ventilation and built-in ceiling cooling systems. There is also a touch, interactive control system in the sauna.
